You are responsible for data you input and decisions you make using outputs from our tools, dashboard and reports.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• Attempt to access any systems or data that you are not authorised to access
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Resell, mirror or republish our paid dashboard outputs as a competing service

Market Data and Automated Content

Parts of this site use aggregated public job market data and automated content generation. Metrics, rankings and narrative summaries are provided for general information only.

We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness or fitness for hiring, investment, legal or other high-impact decisions. You should independently verify critical information.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise recurring charges where applicable until cancellation. Pricing, billing cycle and entitlements are shown at checkout.

Where offered, Pro subscriptions include a $1 access fee for the first 7 days before the first full billing cycle. Trial availability, duration and plan eligibility are shown at checkout and may change over time.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted for the billed period.

Intellectual Property

The site, software, visualisations, branding and original editorial content are owned by Datamata Studios. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions without written permission except where law allows.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all tools and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The site or tools will be available, uninterrupted or error-free
• Results produced by tools will be accurate, complete or reliable
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The site will meet your specific requirements
